AP1AR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AP1AR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,039 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AP1AR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1109, CNOT6L, and USO1. Each is linked with AP1AR in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AP1AR-to-partner and partner-to-AP1AR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AP1AR versus KIAA1109 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AP1AR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AP1AR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
