AOX2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOX2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,995 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOX2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOX3P, LINC01792, and BZW1-AS1. Each is linked with AOX2P in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOX2P-to-partner and partner-to-AOX2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AOX2P versus AOX3P in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOX2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOX2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
