AOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,581 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL12, C7, and GYPC. Each is linked with AOX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOX1-to-partner and partner-to-AOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AOX1 versus CXCL12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
