AOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 784 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A4, OR52B4, and SLC13A1. Each is linked with AOX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOX1-to-partner and partner-to-AOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A4 grouped by AOX1-low versus AOX1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
