AOC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,486 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAE, CHRNA5, and SKA2. Each is linked with AOC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC3-to-partner and partner-to-AOC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAE grouped by AOC3-low versus AOC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
