AOC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,032 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and OBSCN. Each is linked with AOC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC2-to-partner and partner-to-AOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by AOC2-low versus AOC2-high in GBM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
