AOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, MPPE1, and MRPS18C. Each is linked with AOC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC2-to-partner and partner-to-AOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by AOC2-low versus AOC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
