AOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1, CSTL1, and PLCZ1. Each is linked with AOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC2-to-partner and partner-to-AOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1 grouped by AOC2-low versus AOC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
