AOC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH5, TP53, and DNAH2. Each is linked with AOC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC1-to-partner and partner-to-AOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH5 grouped by AOC1-low versus AOC1-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
