AOC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AOC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AOC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_zeta, GAPDH, and GATA3. Each is linked with AOC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AOC1-to-partner and partner-to-AOC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_zeta grouped by AOC1-low versus AOC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AOC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AOC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
