ANXA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,566 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA8L1, KRT5, and TRIM29. Each is linked with ANXA8 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA8-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA8 versus ANXA8L1 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
