ANXA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,670 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB5, KRT16, and KRT17_S13. Each is linked with ANXA8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA8-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA8 versus SERPINB5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
