Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,561 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANXA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA8L1, KRT6A, and MYEF2. Each is linked with ANXA8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA8-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA8 versus ANXA8L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
