ANXA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOT2, TSR3, and TMEM186. Each is linked with ANXA8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA8-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RHOT2 grouped by ANXA8-low versus ANXA8-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
