Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANXA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,168 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, Plasma membrane organization, and Cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with ANXA8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA8-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA8 results are reported.
