ANXA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANXA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,642 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGK, MKRN1, and RBM15. Each is linked with ANXA8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA8-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA8 versus AGK in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
