Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,527 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPA1, SHTN1, and KIFBP. Each is linked with ANXA7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA7-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA7 versus PPA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
