ANXA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,041 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECD, FAM149B1, and ANAPC16. Each is linked with ANXA7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA7-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA7 versus ECD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
