ANXA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, MIR6803, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with ANXA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA7-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by ANXA7-low versus ANXA7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
