ANXA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,580 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC4, SEC24D, and FSTL1. Each is linked with ANXA5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA5-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA5 versus CLIC4 in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
