ANXA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,922 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP56, RNU6-192P, and HMGN1P19. Each is linked with ANXA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA5-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP56 grouped by ANXA5-low versus ANXA5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
