The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ANXA2R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANXA2R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where ANXA2R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
