ANXA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,521 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2L6, IFI35, and OAS2. Each is linked with ANXA10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA10-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA10 versus UBE2L6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
