Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANXA10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANXA10 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ANXA10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANXA10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and MESO show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and DLBC are the cancer types where ANXA10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
