Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,025 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANXA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, HNF4A, and MYOM1. Each is linked with ANXA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA10-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANXA10 versus R3HDML in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
