ANXA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANXA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANXA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPANXN2, BAALC, and TUB. Each is linked with ANXA10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANXA10-to-partner and partner-to-ANXA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPANXN2 grouped by ANXA10-low versus ANXA10-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANXA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANXA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
