Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANTXR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANTXR2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ANTXR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANTXR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, PRAD, and COAD are the cancer types where ANTXR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
