ANTXR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANTXR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,674 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANTXR1_S362, SERPINF1, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with ANTXR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR1-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANTXR1 versus ANTXR1_S362 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANTXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANTXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
