Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANTXR1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANTXR1 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ANTXR1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANTXR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ANTXR1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
