ANTXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANTXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG12P1, KCTD9, and ACO1. Each is linked with ANTXR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR1-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATG12P1 grouped by ANTXR1-low versus ANTXR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANTXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANTXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
