Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANTXR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,467 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endodermal cell differentiation, Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with ANTXR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR1-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR1 results are reported.
