Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANTXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY2, QRFPR, and OR6Q1. Each is linked with ANTXR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTXR1-to-partner and partner-to-ANTXR1 results are reported.
