ANTKMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANTKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTKMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with ANTKMT in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTKMT-to-partner and partner-to-ANTKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by ANTKMT-low versus ANTKMT-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANTKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANTKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
