Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANTKMT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ANTKMT data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ANTKMT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANTKMT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SARC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where ANTKMT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
