Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANTKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,655 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANTKMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled proton transport, Peptidyl-methionine modification, and rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with ANTKMT in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANTKMT-to-partner and partner-to-ANTKMT results are reported.
