Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANP32E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANP32E data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ANP32E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANP32E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
COAD, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where ANP32E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
