Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANP32D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,668 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANP32D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with ANP32D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32D-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by ANP32D-low versus ANP32D-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
