ANP32BP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32BP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,486 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32BP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction, Heart process, and Regulation of Notch signaling pathway. Each is linked with ANP32BP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32BP2-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32BP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction grouped by ANP32BP2-low versus ANP32BP2-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
