Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANP32A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANP32A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ANP32A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANP32A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ANP32A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
