Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,487 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANP32A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICE2, INTS14, and ZSCAN29. Each is linked with ANP32A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32A-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANP32A versus ICE2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
