ANP32A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANP32A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-1085P, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with ANP32A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32A-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by ANP32A-low versus ANP32A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
