ANP32A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANP32A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,315 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANP32A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to condensed chromosome, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with ANP32A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANP32A-to-partner and partner-to-ANP32A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to condensed chromosome grouped by ANP32A-low versus ANP32A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANP32A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANP32A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
