ANO6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,824 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBF2, USP37, and ARNT. Each is linked with ANO6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO6-to-partner and partner-to-ANO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO6 versus SBF2 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
