ANO6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,555 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLNA, LGALS1, and ZYX. Each is linked with ANO6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO6-to-partner and partner-to-ANO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO6 versus FLNA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
