Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,845 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of potassium ion export across plasma membrane, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Bleb assembly. Each is linked with ANO6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO6-to-partner and partner-to-ANO6 results are reported.
