Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,464 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR1, and FAM86EP. Each is linked with ANO5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO5-to-partner and partner-to-ANO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO5 versus FCGR3B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
