ANO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,920 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSN, CENPV, and RBP7. Each is linked with ANO4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO4-to-partner and partner-to-ANO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANO4 versus GSN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
