Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, PGAM5, and FCER1A. Each is linked with ANO4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO4-to-partner and partner-to-ANO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 grouped by ANO4-low versus ANO4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
