Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,032 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Ribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, and Morphogenesis of an endothelium. Each is linked with ANO4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO4-to-partner and partner-to-ANO4 results are reported.
