ANO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 396 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC172, CBLIF, and C14orf180. Each is linked with ANO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANO3-to-partner and partner-to-ANO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC172 grouped by ANO3-low versus ANO3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
